Mr. Amit Bansal, has more than 15 years of technology management experience with government contracts and Fortune 500 companies, Mr. Amit Bansal’s leadership experience spans from systems analysis/development through project management, Enterprise Solutions Architect, and ultimately, operations management Mr. Amit’s vision focuses on expanding our business by emphasizing revenue growth, profitability, technology, and market presence. He is the principal architect of our corporate growth strategy and is dedicated to reaching our IPO goal. Mr. Amit is also responsible for all aspects of day-to-day financial operations includes treasury and cash management, risk and surety management, financial analysis and modeling, financial management and reporting, financial budgeting and forecasting, and lease management. He is committed to ensuring that our company’s infrastructure support capability readily accommodates the needs of our employees, our clients, and the growth of our company Srinivas Kanala Mohan As a Young entrepreneur launched UCC in early 1990’s, an IT start-up engaged in social welfare, rural education, infra-structure, internet industry, Consulting with specific focus in developing e-solutions, Integrated Web-Database Based Application and software quality assurance. Mr. Mohan managed the growth and development of new client services and internal business processes, while concurrently overseeing corporate expansion into new vertical and geographic markets Mr. Mohan is known for Business Strategy and Execution, his exceptional experience and management skills, guide company’s strategic direction and business development. Mr. Mohan is directly responsible for building relationships with Clients & Personnel specifically to grow the Professional Services practices for North America, Offshore Support/business development from India. Mr. Mohan has successfully established & managed Onshore/Offshore Operations several times over the last decade. Mr. Mohan manages a team with responsibilities include overall divisional performance, individual metrics, recruitment metrics, workforce development, strategic development, relationship management, business development, contract negotiation, project management, outsourcing, BPO and offshore strategy. Mr. Mohan holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Bangalore University, India. He also possesses Several Diplomas in Information Technology and Systems Management Terrance L. Neal Mr. Neal has been a senior executive and successful entrepreneur for more than 20 years. As a pioneer in information management and computer technology he negotiated distribution rights and marketed early portable pen-computer technology in the 80’s. He sold and marketed one of the first pen computer notebook devices. The product called the “Telepad” used a pen stylus and provided handwriting recognition and conversion to text. This product preceded today’s PDA’s and was integrated with proprietary software, including an early product developed by Microsoft. He marketed the product into parts of Europe, Asia and the US. The venture later led to a partnership with a medical software company in Finland that developed a product for physicians, nurses and other medical providers in Helsinki. The portable tablet computer used early radio frequency technology to transmit medical record information and other data to medical and hospital professionals Mr. Neal also ran a successful Data Imaging company that provided data conversion for the Aircraft industry and Amtrak Passenger Rail Corporation. That entity also provided data imaging for litigation support, legal, medical and information management systems. He also served as Vice President of Business Development for a data storage/software-integration firm and has negotiated multi-million dollar fortune 500 accounts in a multiplicity of industries and federal government markets. As a Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Kirby/Bates Associates, (KBA) he headed the sales and marketing organization. KBA is a national and global health care management-consulting firm. His most recent tenure as VP of Business Development at Lancesoft Inc where he was and led the company to record sales growth and obtained its major direct corporate accounts bringing it to local and national prominence that culminated in an article in Forbes magazine for its award wining growth and success. Mr. Neal’s educational background is in political science, business management and computer science. Mr. Neal holds a BA in political science & business from Antioch College and attended the Tuck School of Business Executive certification program at Dartmouth. He also studied information systems, data storage technology and computer systems integration at University of Maryland. |
